we got two units ... yes brother & sister. Now only got Black one available in market.

Yeah it can display incoming caller ID, battery status .... BUT TOO BAD it CANNOT pairs with two Bluetooth mobile phones simultaneously :(

Man it means i still have to wait for something like CLIP D and which must support two devices or maybe more.

Problem : The clip D working fine with Sony Ericsson K700, W800 and even P990 but not K800i and Dopod 838Pro!! Don't know why yet. It only display incoming call number not the caller ID from your phone book.....

Update: I upgraded my K800i firmware on Jan 6, 2007 from R1CB001 to R1ED001. Now it works fine with my Clip D.....

Dopod 838Pro & SonyEricsson P990i

Finally got my hand on the P990i ~ :) Yeah very nice LCD screen display with 262,144-colour TFT and 240x320 pixel. it's abt the size of 838pro LCD. Both are nice :)


Full screen display ~ P990i can input text via the keypad, keyboard, onscreen keyboard or handwriting recognition. But 838Pro got bigger keyboard . Very easy for SMS~

Both got camera with LED light. But P990i got AF feature ...

Last shot~ Both are nice PDA phone for 2006. I still prefer 838pro since it runs faster then p990i. Still PPC always run faster then symbian UIQ. Too bad is PPC hangs more often then symbian :P
