My Canon Ixus i & Casio Exilim ~ Don't know what's wrong with both of my cameras! Never dropped into water before! Why it got oxidized? How do we prevent this happen to my new camera? (above photos taken my G7)

This is due to corrosion from sweat. Try to wipe your hand as dry as possible before handling the camera. Also, by end of the after using it, remember to wipe the camera exterior with a soft cloth thoroughly. I've used my D. Camera for 4 years and no problem arises.
